Position: Office Assistant
Department: Park Operations

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to ensure that all site services requirements are attended to efficiently and effectively.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1 Cleaning of all Site elements Maintain a record of documents
2 Cleaning of Site Offices
3 Catering Services
4 Events Assistants
5 Administration

PREREQUISITES

  • Minimum Grade 12 completed educational qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years  experience in Office Assistance.
  • Client services orientated
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of good client service conduct

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • The applicant must be highly energetic and have ability to take responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
