Freedom Park, a National Heritage Site in Pretoria, will on the 16 March 2024 host the 11th annual Ungasali storytelling festival. Eleven storytellers are expected to perform. Amongst others the festival is intended to promote African languages, history, heritage, and culture as well as utilise storytelling methodology to bring to the fore, a rich repository of African knowledge contained in stories, chants, and songs. Entrance is free.
