Under the theme, ‘”an evening with the stars” Freedom Park will host the 4th Annual Music Festival on the 9 December 2023. The festival will feature a plethora of musicians such as Papa Penny Penny, Vusi Mhlasela, DJ Tshegu, Pleasure Tsa Manyalo, Floyed La Lunar, Blonde Makhene, Dino Cafe, Flay Way, Ma Joy and Magents, and many more.
The lineup responds to amongst others, diversity in terms of ethnicity, music genre, and age groups. It is also not a coincidence that the festival is hosted during reconciliation month, in that Freedom Park seizes this momentous opportunity to inculcate messages that contribute to Ubuntu attributes, reconciling the nation, social cohesion, anti-xenophobic acts ,gender biased violence messages and other societal ills.
